Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, Pattaya

Our stay was truly enjoyable with exceptional service that exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making it an excellent choice for families. The clean and spacious rooms had stunning views, and the facilities, especially the lazy river and private beach, were fantastic. However, while the dining options were good, I would love to see more vegetarian variety on the menu.

Our family had a wonderful time at this hotel! The spacious and clean environment, along with eco-friendly designs, made our stay very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a lot of variety, and the pool area was well-maintained, especially the kid's pool. However, the maid service was a bit slow during the busy holiday season, which made it slightly inconvenient at times.

My stay at the hotel was rather disappointing. While the beachfront location is fantastic, the lack of honest communication regarding the closed waterpark and playground put a damper on our experience. The rooms were decent but could use some updating. The service left much to be desired, as staff were unfriendly when we sought assistance. Overall, it wasn't the family-friendly getaway we were hoping for, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The water park facilities were especially enjoyable for the kids, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues at the pools, and there were frequent delays with the elevators during breakfast hour. Overall, while there were some drawbacks, the hotel still provided a good experience overall, especially for family vacations.
