Our family had a wonderful time at this hotel! The spacious and clean environment, along with eco-friendly designs, made our stay very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a lot of variety, and the pool area was well-maintained, especially the kid's pool. However, the maid service was a bit slow during the busy holiday season, which made it slightly inconvenient at times.

My stay at the hotel was rather disappointing. While the beachfront location is fantastic, the lack of honest communication regarding the closed waterpark and playground put a damper on our experience. The rooms were decent but could use some updating. The service left much to be desired, as staff were unfriendly when we sought assistance. Overall, it wasn't the family-friendly getaway we were hoping for, and I wouldn't recommend it.
